Literature Text

My sister, Princess Tia was kidnapped a few days ago. We finally found the kidnappers who used her as a hostage. They demanded top secret documents from our R&D department in exchange for the princess. Naturally we don't negotiate but the higher ups, including my father came to a decision, giving away those documents would be more dangerous to our kingdom than losing our princess. I chose to head the mission with my squad, much to my father's dismay. Our assignment was to go and infiltrate the fortress or hand over forged and fake documents to the enemy to rescue my sister. The documents would appear to be real but thanks to a special alchemical ink; the false words will disappear quickly in a few days. If the worst case scenario would happen, my father ordered me to kill them all. In fact, he actually wants me and my squad to wipe them out if need be.

Here we are. After a long journey with transportation that lasted for a day, we finally made our way to the enemy territory of Mount Gauze. Walking up hill, on the mountain would be the castle fortress where they resided. Because of the cold environment, we wore our standard winter military gear. Long hooded white coats with black fur and slim fit body armour with black boots. The terrain would be harsh so no vehicle could pass through; we had to set out to walk. The blizzard was painful upon my cheeks and my nose reddened in the coldness of the snow.

I noticed Sky and Lady Lorna talking to each other with smiles on their face. It looked like Sky was unsure about something and Lorna was confiding him. Miina who stood beside me, reassured me that everything would be fine and to keep our spirits high. By now I was very confident in my team.

As we talked some more, I told Miina that me and my sister was not that close as I would have liked to be, she had her friends and I had mine but we still were family and we would help one another. Perhaps this mission is already compromised thanks to my feelings. Perhaps I was stupid to take it and even my father did not truly wanted me to go onto this assignment. It was too late now, I could not back down from what has been done.

We walked quite a distance and I eventually went beside to Lorna. I asked about Sky. Who was he? I knew he was a peasant that went into the military but I was curious and wanted to know more.
"Sky was first found during the dragon attack of the village of Kelm. The documents say they were negotiating some kind of treaty at the embassy and then suddenly a random dragon appeared and attacked the town. Chaos ensued. It was not documented in the report but during the battle one of our men, Kellick I think he was called if I remember. Seen a young man fell from the sky, he thought he was dead as he hit the ground but survived. He fell from the sky from a huge height. Rumours say there was a blimp flying over head so that must have attracted the dragon and he must a fell from it"

She smiled towards me "As you know by now, that's why he called him Sky, when the boy woke up he knew nothing of his past or how he came to be. Kellick took him under and protected him, knowing the boy had potential he introduced him to a soldier named Galag. Sky always respected and was good friends with Kellick, so I heard. They used to send each other letters and it is an understatement to say that Sky owed Kellick. Sadly, Galag told me he died in hospital due to battle wounds.

I had became impatient and politely yet needing to asked "So, how he did get into the military?"
She smiled again and with her soft voice smooth as honey, she told me "Ah as I was saying, Galag met him and trained him under swordsmanship, he was taught alchemy by our own Daffid the maker, official reports say Sky already had great alchemical skills and did not need Daffid's help. He only needed the knowledge and self control but already possessed the ability"

Needless to say this raised my interest. Sky's alchemical ability is somewhat godly; I asked about it and wanted to know. Lorna, somewhat unsure and a slight fear in her eyes, perhaps the fear of the unknown spoke "Daffid said that Sky possessed some kind of catalyst that was connected to his genomic information. He could not fully research or understand it. He died of tuberculosis and eventually his research papers were stolen"

It was odd indeed but who would steal such research papers? Lorna thought perhaps they were never stolen, because Sky is the property of the military, she believed that the higher ups had taken the documents and kept it inside a secret fault. But I knew something, in Sky's DNA or genes, perhaps secretly imbedded in his blood was the key to his power. My question was quickly answered, Galag brought Sky to Lady Lorna and he did a test, he eventually went into the exam and passed with flying colours, soon after that, he became formed into our squad.

We walked some more, the snow was thick and deep, the blizzard grew heavy and the snow pounded against us. Lorna ordered Sky to transform in the white two-horned wolf and go upon the rocks to scout the area.  He had taken his time and eventually came down from the rocks, Miina rushed to Sky and stroked him with adoration, and he seemed to be enjoying it too.
Lorna interjected "Enough Miina, I'm sure he'll let you stroke him after this is done"

Miina smiled like a little girl "Oh but he is so cute, his fur is thick and warm"

It's Bizarre to witness such a sight. Treating him like a dog but then again Sky sometimes acted like a dog. Sky in his beastly form began to lick Miina's face. "You do know, Sky is licking your face, he's basically kissing you" I spoke to Miina. As his long tongue licked her cold cheeks, her face dropped to such a… how do I say this? She carried a scary expression. That's all I can say about it.

"Pervert! You're a pervert!"  She exclaimed as Sky dashed onward into the snowy landscape. This made Lorna chuckle and she quickly gave Sky his gear and uniform. As we walked some more distance I noticed something in the background. It was big, a huge snowball perhaps that is what I thought at first until it moved like a creature. "What the hell is that?" asked Sky as he narrowed his eyes. Lorna's eyes widened and she quickly gritted her teeth "Get out the way, it's a yeti!"
It dashed towards us with great speed. Sky ran towards it but the thing swung its fist and belted Sky towards his own name. We drew our weapons. I had thrown a bomb bag at its feet! It roared in pain!

"Be careful, if it grabs you, you're finished!" warned Lorna.
Miina went from behind and whacked it with her staff but the beast swung its arms. Miina quickly flew into the air and fell badly! I used my sword to defend myself as it clawed its way towards me! Lorna screamed "Its claws, they are sharp to cut through bone!"

Lorna threw another bomb bag, with rage it dashed towards her! She tried to defend herself well but it scratched her arm! I stabbed its back yet it swung at me with great strength thus I bashed into a cold solid rock, I tried to get my bearings and shake off the pain of the impact."Lorna!" I screamed as the beast grabbed Lady Lorna and bashed her around like a rag doll, slamming her body to the ground in a fury of rage! Her red blood spilt onto the white snow! Suddenly another large beast with brown fur as dark wood with three protruding horns as the colour of steel and a snout of a dog bashed into the white yeti.  The yeti's grasp had shaken, letting Lorna go. Standing up right on its hind legs, the brown beast appeared to be some kind of dog like yeti. It clawed at the yeti and wrestled it. I and Miina rushed to Lorna. Lorna became conscious and with cuts and bruises screamed in painful agony with eyes wide opened and in tears. I turned towards the two monsters fighting each other. The brown one strangling the white one with its bare hands! I saw both of them roaring in the white blizzard! I used an alchemical flask and poured the liquid onto my sword to light it up in flames. The heat of the blade was hot enough to make me sweat in the blizzard. Thanks to the brown beast that strangled the yeti from behind. Its belly was exposed. I swung my sword of fire and plunged it into the yeti's stomach.  I then used all my strength to lift my sword up. Drew my sword towards its inner ribs to strike at its heart! As it roared in pain and turmoil, it scratched at me! I quickly moved and only the tip of its claw scratched my nose. The brown beast who is none other than Sky used all his strength and broke the yeti's neck!

Once the battle was over, Sky reverted back to his human form; he had no wounds upon him. I suffered a grazed nose and the impact of falling onto the rock made me split the back of my head. Lucky for me the cut was not truly deep. Miina had a few cuts and bruises.

We set up a tent and made it durable against the snowy blizzard. Sky treated my head wound. As of Lady Lorna, Miina attended her.  Lorna suffered various cuts and bruises, one upon her head, a scratched arm and a broken leg.
Miina looked upon us "It's okay. She's going to be fine but she needs to rest. Her wounds won't heal for a few days but she'll live"

Sky with a crestfallen look spoke "So, She's not going to be much help towards the mission". This infuriated me. "Is that all you can think about? What she has been through was for the mission!"
Sky jutted back at me "I was just saying, she's a cripple, she'll slow us down so its best we forget about her!"

I barked at him "What? Where's your compassion man? She almost died!
"What I say is true Prince! She can't give us orders, what good is she if she is not commanding us?"
I raged "You're a cold man Sky; someone needs to rip your cold heart out and show it to your face! Maybe then you'll see how much of a swine you're being!"

"Silence!" commanded the voice of the golden haired woman wrapped in bandaged and blankets. "I'm not dead yet. I know this is different and you're not used to it. Sky is right"
I was astounded by Lorna's words.
"Your emotions are going to compromise the mission. That's why I'm the passing the chain of command to Sky"
"Why?" I gritted at her.
She sat up grimacing in pain. "All of you, you're warriors and I'm proud of you. I can't complete this mission.  I need you to cooperate and work as a team. I'm not going to be here forever. When I'm gone you need to work as a team.  Sky will be your commander for this mission. Listen to what he says"
She then turned towards sky with compassionate eyes "Sky, a good leader listens to his team mates. Has to be one with the team, must think as one and move as one"
She then looked upon me and with slight sadness in her eyes "Tristan, you're a wonderful man and your compassionate but a prince needs to let his people do what they need to do. Both of you work together to rescue Princess Tia"

She slumped onto the sheets and rested. Sky quietly told us "We'll rest here for now. When the wind dies down, I and prince Tristan will go to the castle, Miina I want you to take care of Lorna"
Miina nodded her head in acceptance and said "My home town is at the bottom of this mountain. Gunter town. When Lady Lorna gets better we'll head into town and rest there"
Sky agreed "yeah, being in this mountain won't do us good. We'll rendezvous at Gunter town". After that we began to rest and recover.

Night fell. It had taken us an hour to reach the castle upon the mountain. As expected the outer wall surrounded it with guards. They seemed to be regular bandits probably hired by someone. "Alright prince, you got the goods and ready to do this?" asked Sky. Indeed I was. We approached the castle and there the guards seen us as they resided upon the top of the wall walkway.
"Halt! Identify yourselves, who are you?"
Sky answered with a smirk "We're the couriers who came to give you the goods you ordered"
A couple more guards began to swarm to us and aimed their bow and arrows.
"You're couriers? We didn't order anything"
Another man whispered to his ear, I did not hear what he said.
"Why are you here?"
I was going to speak but Sky interjected instead of me "I told you. You're negotiations were for us to give you the files so we can have our princess back. A fair trade"
One of the guards had surprise in his voice "What? How did you--" Suddenly another guard hits him and tells him to shut up.
"We never heard anything about this?"
I spoke to the guard standing upon the wall concerned about this situation "Are you sure? You kidnapped our Princess and demanded an exchange for the hostage with secret government papers. Here we are. Will you not negotiate with us?"
A couple more guards began to whisper and things got a little rowdy. "There is no princess and we do not have a quarrel with you, be gone!"
Sky grabbed the case off me and waved it around "Come on now, we were told the princess was here, here's our nations secret documents, all the low down on our secret weapons and plans blah blah. We came all this way and you're not happy about it? What do we need to do to get our princess back?" The guard with a demanding voice told us "There is no princess here, we did not kidnap her! Now be gone or we'll be forced to kill you!

Sky then touched my shoulder and guided me away from the castle. We quietly whispered.
"Something's wrong" I said "They are not giving in to the negotiations and shunned their own demands"
Sky with concern spoke "They either don't know or we do have the wrong information"
"It can't be; my father and the high command told me this directly. My sister has been missing and this is where she is"
"Something is fishy, maybe the demands are off for some reason"
"You don't think she escaped?"
"It could be worse, they could have her captured and with a princess they can do more than ransom"
I pondered on what Sky was on about "What do you mean?"
Sky with a quizzical look upon his dirty face spoke "That guard who opened his mouth seemed to know something, the other one told him to shut up, me thinks the princess, you're sister is still in there and perhaps they don't want government papers now, they might be happy having a princess"
I spoke with shock "Good grief man, you think a bunch of rag tags wanted a woman all along to cook and clean for them?"
Sky the idiot, shrugged "Hey, maybe they wanted a fine princess throughout the land"
I was bemused and gave him a verbal bashing "I can't believe you're saying this. Think straight you dumb donkey!"
Sky then came close to my face and whispered "What if they have her, but they don't want us to know? The enemy can confuse us and they'll win. Perhaps they are treading softly with us, knowing we're giving them false files but don't want bloodshed?
"You're thinking too much" I worried.
I was afraid of this outcome and Sky knew it. "What should we do?"
Sky told me his plan and thus executed it.

He sneakily climbed the walls and knocked out two of the guards, then took the clothes and with facial transmutation took on his appearance.  I used the bandits clothing as a disguise to fool them into thinking I was one of them. It was not difficult; we then penetrated the wall and infiltrated the gate.
"Hey Lorcan" said one of the guards who opened the gate for Sky.
We infiltrated some more and wanted to know where the hell my sister was.
Lucky for us the other bandits were talking "I don't know how they knew about the princess, something seems funny"
The other guard spoke "She still in her chamber room?"
His fellow guard answered "Yeah, we checked on her, someone has got to be stupid to go to the fifth floor to get her, and as long as we're here nothing is going to harm them"
The idiotic guard chuckled "Mancana couriers? I've thought the king himself would have come for his daughter, they had me scared then" he was not far from the truth.
We approached the fifth floor until the doorman stopped us.
"Who are you? I not seen you before" he said to us.
He looked at Sky and spoke "Is he with you Lorcan?"
"Yeah" said Sky. "You sound very different. What's up with your voice?"
Yes the doorman asked that annoying question and so Sky stood there in silence. A moment passed until he gave him his answer, a fist to his face.

We finally caused a bit of ruckus and found the room. I opened the door to see my sister, still the same and looking healthy but with a puzzled look on her face. She should have been happy to see me but was shocked and appalled. Sky entered the room and shut the door, using his alchemy to temporarily seal us in to protect us. My sister, Princess Tia was a beautifully pallid woman with golden soft hair like honey, a round face with cheeks and blue eyes. She wore a slim white dress and wrapped upon her neck was her beloved golden locket. The one our mother gave to her as a keepsake.
"Why are you here Tristan?" she sulked at me. I was here to rescue her then she said something puzzling. She was not kidnapped and was there of her own freewill. She chose to run from the kingdom and reside in the castle on Mount Gauze.  Such preposterous words, she clearly was under a deep spell or drugged. Sky agreed as it was under father's orders that I get her back. Something was bizarre. Princess Tia screamed as Sky lifted her up, demanding to let her go. I was not having it so I took out a bag of mug pollen and was about to put her into a deep sleep until tears came from her eyes "No, please don't! I'm not going home, I want to stay here! You don't understand Tristan! I don't care what father thinks"
This worried me. Our assignment and briefing did not match the events but I wanted her to be safe, I wanted her to come home and stop worrying us. I then quickly made her fall into a deep sleep.

BOOM! The door was kicked open. "Did you seal the door?" I asked Sky, He nodded at me in positive yet slightly confused to what just happened. A man with a group of guards came in. He was young, very handsome with green emerald eyes and long brown rugged hair. His clothing was that of a peasant and he looked similar to the bandits. His face was of shock as he seen my sister in Sky's arms. Then he quickly looked at us and noticed our uniforms. "So it's come down to this has it?"
I spoke to the man "You kidnap my beloved sister, use her as a ransom by wanting secret files on our country in exchange for her life. Deny that ransom and the negotiations! And you still keep my sister locked in here? You are no friend of mine, you are my enemy!
The man scoffed at me. "You're insane; I would never use her as a ransom. Who told you that?!"
"The king told me that!" I growled at him. The man unsheathed his sword and said "I rather die than let you have her"
I quickly drew my sword and we battled. Sky went into the corner to protect Tia.  Fluttering was heard and whiteness flew across the room. He had shown me his wings. He was an Arel.
"I beg you prince, let her be with me" he said earnestly.
"You must be one crazy stalker to do this to her" I mocked him.
We clashed swords again, the other bandits kept their distance.
We stared into each other eyes. "No! Don't!!" he shouted as Sky went through the window with Tia. The man pushed me aside with great strength and ran towards the window! Too late for him that Sky had already went for an escape. The guards surrounded me. Suddenly! The man went flying across the room; I noticed Sky dashed towards me with gigantic brown bat wings. A smoke bomb was emitted and I heard the coughing of others. Without realising it, Sky dragged me out and flew me out of the castle. He quickly took me towards my sleeping sister upon the snow outside the castle walls. I heard guard's footsteps crumbling the snow as they were chasing after us. Sky looked at me seriously as he swept my sister up in his arms "Tristan, grab hold of my leg very tightly and whatever you do, do not let go!" and with great trust I did. He slung himself into the air and flew across the mountain and into the woodlands. I noticed and gasped "The Arel is taking flight and following us!" then suddenly he stopped in the air, his wings flapping as he watched silently as we made our escape. "That's odd. He's given up"
After a while Sky flew to the ground, I jumped off his leg and rolled into the snow as I landed. We set ourselves down. I looked upon my sister, not knowing what had happened or how these events occurred. Sky cradled her in his arms and after having a short break we decided to go to Gunter town.

Eventually, sunrise came and as we walked on the road to Gunter town we had seen familiar faces. Miina linked with Lady Lorna who was on a crutch smiled at us. "It's good to see you're all safe" sighed Lorna. We then went into the town where we were greeted with whispers and smiles. Everyone greeted and bowed to Miina, wishing her a safe homecoming.  Then we approached a huge mansion. The gates opened "Welcome home lady Miina, a pleasant surprise your family will be given" said one the security guards. "You live in a mansion?" Asked Sky to Miina, she responded with a blush and embarrassed smile. Lorna told us "You didn't know? Miina is part of the Blumenwiese family; very wealthy indeed, they own a pharmaceutical company"
Miina smiled "We do what we can to help others".

We rested and were introduced to her family. Her father, a red headed man with a bushy beard and his father before him owned a medical company that produced potions and healing ointments. Her mother was a slim and tall woman with black raven hair and worn a fancy, illustrious black dress. "It is truly an honour to let the royal family stay here" her father spoke as we had supper. Sky's eating habits were as expected of him. I told him to have manners, Miina's father heard me and he said "Oh, he is enjoying himself, I like that a man who can enjoy his meals with passion. Please enjoy your meal my prince, we hope it is good for your tongue, it is indeed good for the stomach"
We talked some more until her mother said something interesting "So Miina, have you found a suitor yet? You're still single and we would like you to find a man. Miina chocked on her food and blushed "It's not that, I will find one when I am ready"
Her mother smiled "Is there a man at this table worthy for you?"
Miina's face became bright red and was speechless, she blushed and pouted at her parents "How can I compare to a prince?"

It was indeed nice. It had been a long time since I sat down at a meal with my family. I can't remember when I last had supper with my father and sister. Eventually, the house maid told us my sister woke up and so I went into the bedroom to greet her. Lorna was there with her, Tia's eyes were red and sore, she had been crying. Miina then entered the room, I was still not used to her in a civilian jumper and skirt, she looked rather attractive but not as attractive as Lorna, who wore a white waist coat and brown leather pants underneath her naked skin, exposing the battle scar on her lower abdomen.

Lorna told me seriously what was going on as I told her about the mission we were given. Something was very wrong. Princess Tia had fallen in love and was eloping with the Arel who was known as Ky. "it's too late; she has already gave him her heart. They seem to be deeply in love" Lorna whispered to me.  An Arel and a Mancana princess, this was indeed serious but this Arel was nothing more than a peasant. How they met was a miracle but their secret and forbidden relationship had lasted for more than a cycle now.  Suddenly it all made sense when Maleena came to the Blumenwiese mansion, Maleena was Tia's head maid and best friend. She explained to us that she sent the letter to the kingdom, to my father and told her about my sister eloping, that they were safe and lived on Mount Gauze. My father didn't allow it. This was difficult. Break my sister's heart by obeying my father or disobey him and that my sister be happy. I entered the room again, Maleena comforted Tia and Miina went up to me and told me words I could never forget.

"Love is beautiful, we can't fall in love with anyone and it's only by chance that we fall for someone but it is destined and it is so" She touched my hand and looked deeply into my eyes "No one should govern the way you love, no one should tell you to stop feeling for anyone. Love can bloom on a battle field or even on a street corner, I would die then to never be with the one I loved"

Miina was convincing me and with good reason. Tia was becoming suicidal and if we take her back to the kingdom it would be a prison for her, she would hate me and my father, but for how long? Would she grow out of it, find another man? I could not know these answers. Then again the higher ups lied and manipulated me, knowing we would get my sister from them without asking questions. She was right, I too was falling for Lorna and it was wrong, I should not be but I can't help it. When she was attacked I was afraid she would die and I realised a world without her. It was horrid. I told Miina about my fear on Lorna's death but I did not tell her my true feelings for our captain. Suddenly Miina embraced me with honest tears "I too know that fear, I live with it every day. Not knowing who would die but that's the life of a soldier, maybe I'm not fit for a soldier" She whimpered onto my chest. I did not know what to do, so all I did was embrace her back. Tears began to drip from my eyes, the last time I hugged a woman was my sister and that was so long ago. I was longing and missed such an embrace. I tightly embrace Miina as I reassured her, "You are a knight of Aizen, my loyal companion and friend. We live and die as one. Suddenly I heard someone go up the stairs and Miina quickly let me go and hid her tears. Sky shouted "We got a problem; they are here and they are demanding her!"

Outside the town square was a huge group of bandits, they had two hostages, a little boy and an old man. The young Arel was there but he hid his wings in front of the eyes of others.  I, Lorna and Sky came out of the mansion and we talked.
I spoke to Ky "I know now what you are to my sister, you knew the pain and the impossibility of this so you did it anyway, why?"
Ky with strength in his eyes spoke in a beautiful voice "It just happened, we never wanted it but now we have it and I would never change it. Prince Tristan, I, Ky of the Rivermoore brothers truly love your sister and wish to take her hand in marriage, I do not care about class, creed or race. Our love is stronger than the bonds of time. I beg you. Let her go, this is her will as well as mine".

I drew my sword "Let the hostages go" and Ky signalled his companions thus they freed the hostages. The little boy and old man chuckled, it appeared they worked for the bandits; no they were bandits in disguise! He sighed "It was not my wish to have hostages; it's not my goal to harm others. Again, I love her, stand aside prince, I beg you. To lose her to you is worse than death to me" his words were true, complete sadness covered his face as he said them.  I clenched my sword; Lorna approached me and whispered "My prince is this you want? Even though it is your father's demand to return her. Our people would be pleased but these two lovers would…" she did not finish her sentence as I interrupted her by stating "I want to do something, I want to see his love".
I approached Ky "Draw your weapon, you wish to take my beloved sister from me, take her away against the will of the kingdom. Fight me and we'll see who the victor that can claim her is.

Ky clenched his sword "I will but she is no object to be claimed. I do not wish to fight you prince but if it is for her then I'll do so".
We stared each other down as the town folk watched us. I ran to him and our blades collided. The clashing of steel and the force of the blade echoed on the street, he was indeed powerful and cut me a couple of times; I strike my sword and cut his left cheek! "Show me your true strength Arel!" I snarled at him. We fought some more, our blades swinging, more town folks came and watched our battle. "Kill him prince Tristan!" shouted a shopkeeper. The town cheered me on! This enraged Ky and thus he shown his true white wings and made the people gasped.  His strength became doubled and his speed more great! Our blades swung at one another "STOP IT!!!" shouted my sister, and thus we both stopped fighting and stared into each other's passionate eyes, he had warrior eyes, eyes of a knight. My sister ran towards Ky and they embrace each other tenderly with love. The townsfolk became rowdy and spoke to one another.

Tia was in tears "I love him! I want you both to stop fighting; I want you both to accept it!" She then dragged Ky's arm and also mine together. "The Arel war is over, he is a compassionate being with feelings, and he is not a monster!" Tia shouted at me with angry tears.

Clap and another clap then the townsfolk enshrouded the square with clapping and cheering. They applauded my sister's words. I and Ky began to smile at each other and shook hands. Lorna came beside me "If we can consider this, then who knows what the future will bring" she smiled with glee and a slight tear in her eye "An Arel and a princess in love would ignite the kingdom in peace however we got to keep this secret, it is against the law".

I pondered "Would my father agree on this? It would change so much of our laws and the land" I told all the witnesses to keep this a secret and thus I let the lovers live beside each other. "Tia ran towards me and tightly embrace me with teary eyes "Thank you brother, I love you Tristan, you're going to be the best king ever!" she adoringly kissed me upon my cheek and I embraced her with a cuddle. My sister was now a renegade on the run, she would be wanted but as long as she hid herself in happiness and was surrounded by great people, no harm would come to her. I would create a little group to watch over my little sister and her new family.

Who were the first people to clap at that moment? I later found out as Sky told me it was Lady Lorna who first clapped followed by Miina and himself. Lady Lorna's dream was always for Arel and our kind to live together in harmony just like days of old.

However the difficult part came, in Miina's home I began to discuss over the house phone to the highest ranking person, my father the king. "You have no idea what you've done boy. You're foolish" he said in his gruff, harsh vocals.
"You lied to me, knew about this and manipulated me in trying to get her back. You have a lot to answer to father" I spoke back to him but he was not having any of it and said "You disobeyed me; you'll have your punishment when you return home".
I smirked back "If it's for Tia, I'll gladly accept it".

On our journey home, I noticed Miina had my sister's locket, I asked how she got it and she said my sister gave it to her, what on earth for? She told me that the locket was sealed and cannot be opened; only powerful alchemy can unlock it.
She smiled with peaceful eyes "She told me what was in the locket".
And what's inside it?" I asked her.
She answered calmly with a sooth voice "You'll find out when you need to find out" Then she smirked at me "besides a prince needs to let his people do what they need to do".

Our mission was over and I was truly happy for Princess Tia. However after a day of travelling we finally arrived at Mancana HQ to see an awful sight that made our blood run cold. Despite our efforts a brand new war with the Arel had already begun. A war of vengeance wrapped in secrets.
Join Prince Tristan and his comrades Lorna, Miina and the enigmatic Sky as they fight the forces that threaten their kingdom.
